The Roo

We're enjoying playing with Aurora's name. She's being called Rora, Rora-roo, Roo, Munchkin-Moo. It'll be interesting to see what she'll end up being called. I'm all for name evolution.

Me too, but i hope for the sake of her adult dignity that 'munchkin moo' doesn't hand around forever! :-)

I would like it to go on record that I have never heard her called Munchkin Moo, never called her Munchkin Moo, and never intend to call her Munchkin Moo.

Scottish Godmother Gemma is the owner of Munchkin Moo and I'm happy for people to have different names for Aurora. Gemma even requested permission to use the name which has evolved in her game play with Aurora and I gave permission. Perhaps she had better check with Daddy too?

Ah, I wasn't aware of this development. Looks like we might need to have a little meeting with GMG... ;-)

OK, all sorted now. :-)

I'm still not calling her MM. But If GMG chooses to do so in the privacy of her babysitting sessions, that's fine by me.

At the risk of recording other names that could come back to haunt her, she is also sometimes called "Auri Bea".

They're great names Jo! I always loved your story about being called Josephina and about how you were really Russian. I'd love to hear the history around all your kids names!

Oh, I forgot to mention The Roar as another fun name, particularly apt on certain occasions.
